THE SCIENCE OF PSOAS
This course will address biomechanical properties, anatomical features, and structural influences of the psoas, Whole-body evaluation points (i.e. you can’t evaluate the psoas without fixing the thigh bones, rib cage, and spinal column), a complete anatomical, mechanical, and biochemical perspective, and a user-friendly program for self-mastery.
