MIND MECHANICS-Advanced: Prerequisite: Mind mechanics. This is a once a week, 4 week course that continues the MM course. Registration is required - No charge.

Advanced Balance: Int./Advanced. Practice increased muscular demand for balance techniques that incorporate foot, inner thigh, and abdominal musculature.

Spinal Alignment: All levels. Each class will focus on a region or functional movement of the spine and surrounding muscles.
