About Lecturer

Issues of the feet, bones, and pelvic floor are more prevalent in women than men. Why? Join us for a 3-week course that will explain how women create these issues without realizing it and follow our 3-week protocol to learn how to:

Change your gait pattern and save your feet!
Strengthen your pelvic floor (without Kegels!)
Become better aligned so you are “weight-bearing” all the time for better bone density!
Birth (Vaginal Delivery or Cesarean) Prepare/REpair
Professionals (therapists, exercise, birthing, massage, and medical) Encouraged to Attend!

“This was probably the best session I took all week and the people around me agreed!! She had an interesting, clear, sensitive, funny, meaningful way of presenting her material, with excellent illustrations and take home ideas, as well as a MOST INSPIRATIONAL MESSAGE to the attendees, of her own experience of wanting to be a FITNESS PROFESSIONAL, and what it means to be ONE!!! OUTSTANDING JOB!!”
