Week of January 10-14: BOSU Bootcamp with Katy! 11:30am-12:30pm $99/$79 if you bring your own BOSU. You must pre-register.
Time to defrag the old hard drive. What better way to reboot for the New Year? The BOSU is the best tool we know of for improving balance, stripping away old motor programs (that you didn’t even know your body was running!), and shaping up your abdominals and thighs! Class limited to 25 people.
